Mission

What you will drive

  • Screen and approve loan applications alongside the review team.
  • Support borrowers via text and phone calls throughout their fundraising campaign.
  • Manage delinquency of borrowers and establish action plans to get them back on track.
  • Pilot process and infrastructure improvements to operations.

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 21 years of age or older by July 14, 2026.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership of work.
  • Highly proactive, able to work independently, and organized.
  • Intermediate skills in Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
