Core responsibilities:
- Build a workforce that reflects the diverse public it serves
- Understand various lived experiences to deliver services to underserved communities
- Engage in the interviewing process to evaluate skills pertinent to USDS disciplines
- Collaborate with a USDS Talent partner throughout the selection and onboarding process
