Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead Ukraine research and advocacy work through independent human rights research and documentation
- Conduct strategic advocacy with government officials, diplomats, UN representatives, and other key stakeholders to address human rights concerns
- Develop and implement country strategy through research, stakeholder engagement, and support to human rights defenders
- Monitor human rights developments and serve as credible source of human rights information both internally and externally

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- At least five years of experience in human rights research, documentation, strategic advocacy, and engagement
- Post-graduate degree in relevant fields or comparable work experience (law degree preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of human rights situation in Ukraine and understanding of human rights/humanitarian law
- Fluency in written and oral English and Ukrainian languages required
