Two-Year Sr. Project Manager

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, stakeholder and communication plans, risk management plans, and project timelines.
• Work with technical leads to gather and prioritize project requirements and features, and plan building phases.
• Track project deliverables, prioritize and schedule tasks, remove roadblocks, and escalate risks and issues.
• Manage vendor relationships including RFI/RFP processes and external vendor deliverables.

This role supports Earthjustice's mission to protect people's health, preserve places and wildlife, advance clean energy, and combat climate change by ensuring successful delivery of high-impact projects like records management and technology updates.

• 7+ years’ experience in a related Project Management position.
• Certification or training in project management (PMP or CSM preferred).
• Experience with hybrid and agile tech implementation projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
