What you will drive
- Conduct legal research in environmental law and related fields.
- Identify and develop novel legal advocacy approaches using state and local laws.
- Support litigation in state courts and advocate before state and local governments.
- Develop and execute toxics-focused advocacy campaigns in collaboration with Earthjustice teams.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in relevant working location.
- 7+ years of litigation experience or combination of litigation and legal policy work.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong preference for experience using legal frameworks to advance social and/or environmental justice.
