Revenue Strategy & Insights Lead

• Work at the handoff points between teams to identify where deals slow down or fall through, matching supply and demand across developers and buyers, and closing gaps in transitions.
• Build a full picture of the GTM funnel across Transferable Tax Credits, Debt, and Investments: what's converting, what's stalling, and why.
• Identify and prioritize the 2-3 highest-leverage process improvements, backed by data, and partner with BizOps and Product to design and build the tooling needed to fix them.
• Bring an outside-in perspective on GTM strategy and embed with commercial teams to build trust and understand deals firsthand.

This role directly accelerates the deployment of clean energy infrastructure by optimizing the go-to-market funnel and removing bottlenecks, enabling more capital to flow into renewable projects and contributing to a more prosperous, clean, and secure energy future.

• 5–10 years of professional experience in finance, investing, management consulting, or another analytically rigorous environment.
• Experience in an operating role leading cross-functional initiatives, strategic projects, or business operations.
• Experience working with complex financial products, enterprise software, or other technical business domains, with the ability to translate between technical, financial, and commercial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience identifying root causes, synthesizing complex information, and driving data-informed decisions, plus experience designing, implementing, or improving operational processes, systems, or tooling in a high-growth environment.

• Base compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 depending on leveling/years of experience, not reflecting value of equity.
