Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead planning and execution of complex exploration projects in Sweden, including drilling campaigns, electromagnetic surveys, and reconnaissance programs.
  • Manage 1-3 concurrent projects, overseeing procurement, risk management, and contractor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Swedish mining and environmental regulations, and engage with local stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvement and mentor field operations supervisors to support dynamic, data-driven field programs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 12 years of experience in field operations in mineral exploration, mining, oil and gas, or related industries.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction methodology, including winter and frozen-ground construction, and helicopter-supported exploration.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, rehabilitation, and HSE systems, with ability to design complex field programs.
  • Must speak, read, and write in Swedish and English; valid First Aid Certification required.
