What you will drive
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys as a member of trial teams
- Handle all aspects of trial stage including fact investigation, discovery, depositions, briefs, trial, and oral argument
- Involvement in appellate litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and settlement negotiations
- Participate in speaking engagements and train CAIR staff on civil rights issues
