Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as front line support for HR matters for fiscal sponsorship and internal team members, running daily administrative functions of the HR department.
  • Assist with compliance, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, payroll & benefits, and general HR administration.
  • Help make Praxis an employer of choice while prioritizing HR compliance and employee experience.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or HR certification.
  • Basic understanding of multi-state employment law basics.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the non-profit industry.

Full-time, remote, benefits-eligible, non-exempt position. Hourly range: $36.06 to $40.86 (annual equivalent ~$75,000-$85,000).
