Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as front line support for HR matters for fiscal sponsorship and internal team members, running daily administrative functions of the HR department.
- Assist with compliance, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, payroll & benefits, and general HR administration.
- Help make Praxis an employer of choice while prioritizing HR compliance and employee experience.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or HR certification.
- Basic understanding of multi-state employment law basics.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in the non-profit industry.

Full-time, remote, benefits-eligible, non-exempt position. Hourly range: $36.06 to $40.86 (annual equivalent ~$75,000-$85,000).
