Client Engagement Administrator

• Support client engagements through project management, scheduling, client communications, and development/delivery of client materials such as contracts and proposals.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules and critical client meetings, providing facilitative support during virtual meetings.
• Manage expense reports, calendar, and conference registrations for the Managing Director.
• Assist in developing business development proposals and other duties as assigned.

This role directly supports executive search and consulting for mission-driven organizations, particularly social justice movements, helping build diverse leadership teams that advance positive social change.

• Strong project management skills and experience supporting busy executives with complex scheduling and sensitive communications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to craft clear, professional communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams), SharePoint, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, Doodle, and CRM software.
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and strong customer service skills.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits include annual bonus, generous health reimbursement plan (ICHRA), monthly tech stipend, office set-up stipend, 401K with employer matching, and profit sharing.
