Mission
What you will drive
- Support client engagements through project management, scheduling, client communications, and development/delivery of client materials such as contracts and proposals.
- Coordinate complex interview schedules and critical client meetings, providing facilitative support during virtual meetings.
- Manage expense reports, calendar, and conference registrations for the Managing Director.
- Assist in developing business development proposals and other duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to craft clear, professional communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams), SharePoint, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, Doodle, and CRM software.
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and strong customer service skills.
Benefits
