About This Role

Your work directly supports the Managing Director and ensures smooth client engagements, making you essential to NPAG's mission of strengthening social justice organizations.

Your day might start by reviewing the Managing Director's calendar and prioritizing urgent meetings. You'll then coordinate interview schedules for multiple clients, prepare Zoom links and agendas, and draft client communications. After lunch, you could update the CRM with new contacts, process expense reports, and assist in finalizing a proposal for a new business development opportunity.
