Training Associate

Lead engaging virtual trainings for volunteer neighborhood captains in a nationwide Democratic field program.
- Deliver 2–4 live virtual trainings daily across time zones for volunteer captains in hundreds of counties; up to 20 hours weekly.
- Design and refine training content alongside the Training Manager to keep volunteers motivated and prepared.
- Adapt delivery style to diverse audiences, from first-time to experienced volunteers, and respond flexibly to schedule changes.
- Requires strong people skills, comfort performing virtually, and ability to work evenings and weekends reliably.
