Trainer DC - Elektro (m/w/d) - Remote / Deutschlandweit

• Conduct training sessions for electricians and technicians on installation, maintenance, and repair of photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, and charging infrastructure.
• Develop and update training materials and curricula to ensure alignment with industry standards and company technologies.
• Provide hands-on training and technical support to partner craft businesses across Germany.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and improve training effectiveness.

This role directly contributes to the energy transition by equipping skilled workers with the knowledge to install and maintain clean energy technologies, thereby accelerating the adoption of renewable energy and reducing CO2 emissions.

• Certified electrician (Elektrogeselle) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the electrical trade, preferably in renewable energy systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and work remotely.
