Trainer AC - Elektro (m/w/d) - Remote / Deutschlandweit

• Deliver comprehensive training programs for electricians (Elektro) across Germany, focusing on photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, and charging infrastructure.
• Develop and update training materials to ensure alignment with 1KOMMA5°'s technology and standards.
• Conduct hands-on and theoretical training sessions, both remotely and on-site, to enhance the technical skills of installation teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.

This role directly contributes to the upskilling of electricians, enabling the widespread adoption of renewable energy technologies and supporting the transition to a CO2-neutral building sector.

• Certified electrician (Elektro) with several years of professional experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, and charging infrastructure.
• Experience in conducting training or teaching, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and ability to work remotely.
