What you will drive

  • Drive new business development within OEM accounts, focusing on nuclear and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Manage and grow an assigned territory (NC to MA), including existing accounts and new target customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for mechanical seals, rotating equipment, and related solutions.
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4โ€“5+ years of technical sales experience in mechanical seals, rotating equipment, or pumps.
  • Proven track record of closing new business and driving revenue growth (โ€œhunterโ€ mentality).
  • OEM sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude; engineering degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
