What you will drive
- Drive new business development within OEM accounts, focusing on nuclear and pharmaceutical industries.
- Manage and grow an assigned territory (NC to MA), including existing accounts and new target customers.
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for mechanical seals, rotating equipment, and related solutions.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4โ5+ years of technical sales experience in mechanical seals, rotating equipment, or pumps.
- Proven track record of closing new business and driving revenue growth (โhunterโ mentality).
- OEM sales experience strongly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude; engineering degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
