What you will drive
The consultant will contribute to an integrated resilience analysis by:
- Gathering specific primary data through Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) on social cohesion, community relations, and conflict dynamics.
- Contributing narrative sections to the CBM Resilience Study Outline based on available desk review.
- Mapping risks to project design and personnel, and providing recommendations for strengthening disability-inclusive, conflict-sensitive, and gender-responsive programming.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Academic degree in social/political sciences, anthropology, peace and conflict studies, development cooperation, humanitarian aid or similar.
- Solid contextual knowledge of disability rights and inclusion frameworks in Gaza.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience working in the Gaza Strip and/or Occupied Palestinian Territory, with strong understanding of the current humanitarian, political, social, and operational context.
