HR Specialist

• Lead recruitment, compensation, payroll, performance management, and employee relations for the Türkiye office.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with Turkish labor law and QRCS standards.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR reporting.

This role ensures a compliant, professional, and high-performing work environment, enabling Qatar Red Crescent to effectively deliver humanitarian aid and support to vulnerable communities in Türkiye and Syria.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in NGO/humanitarian sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Turkish labor laws and social security regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic, Turkish, and English.
