Mission
What you will drive
- Lead recruitment, compensation, payroll, performance management, and employee relations for the Türkiye office.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with Turkish labor law and QRCS standards.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR reporting.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in NGO/humanitarian sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Turkish labor laws and social security regulations.
- Fluent in Arabic, Turkish, and English.
