Technical Trainer and Adoption Specialist

• Design and develop training programs, eLearning modules, video content, and job aids covering Crusoe's core tech stack including Google Workspace, Slack, and other company-wide platforms.
• Own and manage the technical training content library in WorkRamp, ensuring courses stay current and accessible.
• Conduct training needs analyses through stakeholder interviews and data review to identify gaps and prioritize learning programs.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions when needed, including onboarding cohorts and technology rollout trainings.

This role accelerates the adoption of AI infrastructure technologies, enabling Crusoe to power AI workloads more efficiently and sustainably, thereby advancing the energy and intelligence abundance mission.

• Bachelor's degree plus 4–6 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or related discipline (or Master's plus 2–4 years).
• Portfolio of instructional design work required, including eLearning, curriculum, video content, or training programs created from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
