Digital Infrastructure Design Manager

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of digital infrastructure projects from site selection through design and delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, security, environmental, and permitting disciplines.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk throughout all project phases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project partners.

This role supports the development of global digital infrastructure, enhancing international connectivity and enabling digital access for communities and businesses worldwide.

• Strong project leadership skills and technical coordination experience.
• Experience with submarine cable landing stations, terrestrial networks, and hyperscale data center infrastructure.
• Ability to work with domestic and international clients across telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in design coordination, risk management, and construction administration.
