Job description

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to Nextracker's global customers on industrialization, mechanical, electrical, quality, communication, and installation issues.
  • Develop deep understanding of system components, evaluate field issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and customer experience, and serve on the Remote Monitoring Team.

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent) or IT, or 10+ years experience with industrial control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Ethernet networks, IP devices, remote access, VPN, wireless technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Customer service experience (minimum 1 year) and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in standard business systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and safe use of hand tools.
