What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a technical recruiting role, with a track record of sourcing and closing top-tier software engineers.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and how engineering teams operate.
- Exceptionally smart, gritty, and resourceful; able to think on your feet and get things done.
- Naturally curious, always learning, and solution-oriented in ambiguous situations.
