• Own the full hiring strategy for assigned teams, from defining the ideal candidate profile to building sourcing plans.
• Partner closely with engineering managers, tech leads, and product leaders to understand their needs and shape rigorous hiring processes.
• Build and maintain proactive, high-quality candidate pipelines aligned with Via's future needs.
• Run fast, thoughtful, and innovative recruiting processes that provide a best-in-class candidate experience.

By identifying and championing the engineers and product builders who will drive Via's next phase of global growth, this role directly shapes the future of public transportation systems that provide greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education.

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a technical recruiting role, with a track record of sourcing and closing top-tier software engineers.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and how engineering teams operate.
• Exceptionally smart, gritty, resourceful, and naturally curious.
• Steady, optimistic, and solution-oriented, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, complex challenges.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 (final salary determined by experience, knowledge, and skills). Benefits include free medical plans and 401K matching.
