What you will drive

  • Plan, establish, and manage concurrent projects within Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing portfolios, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery with high quality.
  • Coordinate business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder approval; convert requirements into tasks and prioritize for team members.
  • Proactively drive tasks to completion, perform cost analysis, manage resource capacity, and serve as escalation point for risk mitigation.
  • Report project metrics, manage change control processes, and support PMO best practices through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience leading projects of medium size/scope with complex matrixed teams.
  • PMP certification or equivalent highly preferred; experience in manufacturing/shop floor environment with product design and manufacturing execution systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams and Project; excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
