Technical Program Manager

• Own end-to-end execution of a grant-funded program across hardware verification, secure compute, and assurance tooling workstreams.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks across workstreams aligned to hardware timelines.
• Coordinate external partners and internal engineering teams to maintain alignment across parallel workstreams.
• Own grant compliance and milestone reporting, translating technical complexity for leadership.
• Build program structure and resource planning, identifying interdependencies and managing execution.

This role directly contributes to advancing secure computing and hardware verification, which are critical for building trustworthy technology infrastructure.

• Proven experience in technical program management, ideally in hardware or security domains.
• Strong ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects with external partners.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical details for leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience with grant compliance and reporting is a plus.
