Technical Product Manager

Senior technical product manager embedding with NGO partners to build data infrastructure, run experiments, and scale impact through product thinking.
- Act as primary interface with 3–4 NGO partners simultaneously, translating needs into product roadmaps and technical advisory on data, evaluation, and experimentation.
- Build dashboards, data pipelines, and AI integrations; design A/B tests and run user research to ship features end-to-end.
- Run agile sprints with engineering team, define product requirements, and unblock execution across TAF's tools and partner platforms.
- Coach partner staff and Lighthouse Fellows on technical skills, hiring, and structured engagement in resource-constrained environments.
- Requires 5+ years technical product management or solutions engineering with hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM features, data pipelines, and production APIs.
