Technical Product Manager

• Become the internal authority on geothermal system behavior and translate domain knowledge into product requirements for the Brightcore EDGE platform.
• Define automated detection logic for system anomalies and design metrics/KPIs for intelligent asset management.
• Own the product roadmap, feature specification, and agile delivery for a small engineering team.
• Ensure IoT data quality and define data pipeline requirements in collaboration with engineering.

This role drives the development of a software platform that intelligently manages geothermal assets at scale, enabling more efficient and sustainable clean energy solutions that reduce carbon emissions and improve building energy performance.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Controls Systems, or closely related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, systems engineering, or application engineering with engineering depth and customer-facing product.
• Experience with HVAC, heat pump systems, geothermal systems, hydronic systems, or building controls; ability to speak credibly to facilities engineers and MEP contractors.
• Strong working knowledge of timeseries data, IoT systems, and building automation/control systems (BAS/BMS).
