What you will drive

  • Administer training programs, coordinate course presentations, and oversee evaluation of trainees and maintenance of records.
  • Conduct audits and assessments of training programs, recommend revisions, and support continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of the ADDIE process and Systematic Approach to Training.
