Technical Officer - Future Opportunity

• Manage continuous review and update of training courses to reflect changing technology, personnel development, design changes, and operating experience.
• Administer training programs, coordinate course presentations, and oversee evaluation of trainees and maintenance of records.
• Conduct audits and assessments of training programs, recommend revisions, and support continuous improvement.

This role supports safe, reliable nuclear operations and medical isotope production, contributing to clean energy and healthcare advancements that benefit communities and the environment.

• Knowledge of the ADDIE process and Systematic Approach to Training.
• Experience with learning management systems or training-related platforms.
• Knowledge of nuclear power generation fundamentals.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, exceptional time management and organization skills.
