Technical Officer-Clinical Programs (Asia)

• Provide technical assistance to improve clinical quality and promote adoption of Ponseti best practices across MiracleFeet's programs in Asia.
• Lead workforce development initiatives including training, mentoring, and curriculum development for clubfoot treatment.
• Support knowledge building and learning through documentation, research, and external representation.

This role directly improves access to quality clubfoot treatment for children in Asia, reducing physical disability and enabling them to lead healthy, productive lives.

• Trained and skilled in the Ponseti method with at least 2 years clinical experience (20+ patients).
• Clinical degree in medicine or rehabilitation; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing public health or international development projects.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.

Full-time remote position based in Asia (Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka). Salary commensurate with experience and location. Contractors receive paid time off and travel insurance. No US-based employment contract.
