Technical Lead, Software Development (.Net Core)

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and microservices architecture.
• Provide technical leadership, including design guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to the development team.
• Drive solution architecture and development standards for scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.

This role directly contributes to building smarter energy management solutions that support decarbonization, grid modernization, and real-time energy insights, helping shape a more sustainable energy future.

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core (preferably .NET 8).
• Experience with microservices, APIs, web services, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
• 7-10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
