Technical E- Learning Specialist

• Turn information into engaging and interactive online content with a user-friendly interface.
• Design modern learning experiences and develop digital media content for online learning.
• Support the further development of the e-learning platform and interface with the training department to translate requirements into training content.
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the HV Tech Academy, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

This role enables effective training and development for Hitachi Energy's workforce, enhancing skills and knowledge to support the company's mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in education, media design, software management, or technical field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in developing e-learning content.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS) like Articulate, Moodle, etc., and eLearning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc.
• Working knowledge of andragogical/pedagogical learning theory and instructional design, plus excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
