Technical Director, Capture Management Lead - Water

• Lead and win enterprise critical pursuits in the Water sector, owning the pursuit strategy from identification through to submission.
• Develop and implement winning capture and client positioning strategies, fostering collaboration across global and regional business lines.
• Drive operational excellence throughout the pursuit lifecycle, including governance, bid budgets, and team composition.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, analyze competitive landscapes, and build a diversified pipeline of qualified opportunities.

This role drives strategic growth in the Water sector, enabling AECOM to deliver transformative water infrastructure projects that improve community access to clean water and sustainable water management, contributing to environmental sustainability and public health.

• Proven experience in capture management and strategic growth within the Water industry or related infrastructure sector.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with ability to lead major enterprise-level pursuits (typically £25m+ revenue).
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of bid processes, proposal development, and sales lifecycle best practices.
