Tech Lead Manager, GPU Cluster Infrastructure

• In this role, you'll lead the infrastructure sub-team, setting technical direction for GPU clusters and staying hands-on for at least half your time.
• Hire and grow senior engineers, scoping work and providing regular feedback.
• Own systems design and debugging across scheduling, storage, networking, and GPU infrastructure.
• Set security direction for shared clusters with AI agents, covering identity, access, and workload isolation.
• Establish operational practices including incident response, observability, and fault tolerance.
