Lead a team designing safety and alignment evaluations for frontier AI systems at an early-stage startup.
- Partner with frontier AI labs to design rigorous safety evaluations and red-teaming programs; own methodology, architecture, and results.
- Build evals, RL environments, or training datasets that diagnose and improve model behavior.
- Use coding agents and LLMs as core development tools; make autonomous technical and operational decisions.
- Requires extensive experience with coding agents and LLMs; AI safety or alignment background strongly preferred.
