Mission

What you will drive

  • Contribute as an effective Low Carbon Technology (LCT) technical team member, managing correspondence, applications, and contacts.
  • Support delivery of customer and regulatory commitments, ensuring all customer contacts are dealt with according to relevant processes and timescales.
  • Provide administration, management support, and reporting within all areas of LCT, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Administer and process paperwork during the Project Lifecycle, and participate in process improvement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Working knowledge of network and business data management, management reporting systems, and Regulatory Reporting Requirements.
  • Knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures, and working practices, as well as health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Excellent telephony and customer service skills, with ability to work in a multi-functional team.
  • Higher Education or equivalent (four GCSE grades) particularly in Maths and English, and computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite).
