Team Lead Product Ownership (f/m/x)

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners in a SAFe-based agile environment, ensuring clear product direction and value-driven delivery.
• Drive alignment between product strategy, portfolio priorities, and agile delivery teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Support Product Owners in translating business objectives and customer needs into actionable features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies while promoting a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

This role enables the development of scalable, customer-centric digital solutions for electric vehicle charging, accelerating the transition to sustainable mobility and reducing carbon emissions.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile software development, with experience leading or mentoring Product Owners.
• Strong understanding of agile methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management.
• Ability to translate business goals and technical constraints into clear product priorities and requirements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in product ownership, product management, or agile software delivery.
