Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, or a related HR discipline.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and continuously improving talent and/or performance management programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
