Own end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition for an AI safety research nonprofit across all departments.
- Build and maintain hiring pipelines; draft job descriptions, advertise roles, and identify promising candidates.
- Assess candidate quality with hirers, coordinate offer timing, and onboard new hires.
- Requires 2–3 years relevant work experience and strong familiarity with AI Safety research topics.
- Requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong network in the AI Safety ecosystem.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and AI assistants; thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
