Operations Director, Finance

• In this role, you'll own the finance function for a rapidly growing organization with complex multi-entity and multi-state requirements.
• Design and maintain financial systems architecture and cost-allocation protocols between entities.
• Build streamlined financial processes including automated systems and fraud prevention procedures.
• Manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and external accounting relationships.
• Work with compliance and operations teams on regulatory requirements and cross-functional financial decisions.
