Talent Development - Employee Onboarding Specialist

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive talent development programs including orientation, employee development, and leadership development.
• Conduct needs analysis, develop training materials, and facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and revise based on feedback and performance metrics.

This role helps build a skilled and engaged workforce at X-energy, a company developing advanced nuclear reactors to provide clean, reliable energy, thereby contributing to climate change mitigation and sustainable energy solutions.

• Minimum of ten years of general work experience, with eight years in talent development training.
• Experience with instructional design, training development, and adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline, RISE 360).
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.
