What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency) with a strong track record of hiring complex technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or supervising other recruiters.
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS, advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic), and recruitment analytics.
- Superb stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
