Talent Acquisition, Team Leader

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, managing workload distribution and monitoring performance metrics.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior engineering, product, data, and commercial tech roles, building deep pipelines of passive tech talent.
• Partner with senior tech stakeholders to map workforce plans, drive DEI initiatives, and optimize recruitment workflows within Workday ATS.

• Proven experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency) with a strong track record of hiring complex technical roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, or supervising other recruiters.
• Hands-on experience with Workday ATS, advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic), and recruitment analytics.
• Superb stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
