Talent Acquisition Partner

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions, delivering against quarterly and annual hiring targets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive efficient decision-making.
• Proactively source and build pipelines through outbound outreach, referrals, and agency partnerships.
• Optimize recruiting KPIs and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

This role directly enables Orenda's mission to make the grid more efficient with renewable energy by attracting and hiring top talent that will build and scale clean energy infrastructure in dense urban environments.

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven approach with ability to manage by KPIs and use numbers to drive decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority.
• Comfort operating independently in a dynamic, evolving environment.
