Job description
- Review automated reports for accuracy
- Stamp reports for permits and certifications
- Generate and validate ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G baselines
- Complete LEED EAp2/EAc1 submissions
- Conduct field audits and verify measured data
- Build jurisdiction-specific compliance templates

What makes you a great fit
- Licensed PE (any state)
- BEMP or equivalent modeling expertise
- LEED AP preferred
- ASHRAE 211 Level II/III audit experience
- Strong EnergyPlus/eQUEST skills
- Deep knowledge of state/local energy codes
