Supply Chain Data & Analytics Lead

• Analyze current procurement data to identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting PO cycle time, enabling immediate process improvements.
• Design and implement the reporting architecture for Ariba to support long-term performance optimization.
• Develop visibility dashboards and reports that enable operational teams to prioritize improvement actions.
• Transform Ariba transactional data into strategic insights for spend analytics, supplier performance, and compliance trends.

This role accelerates X-energy's supply chain performance by transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, reducing cycle times, and enabling data-driven decisions that support the deployment of advanced nuclear energy solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, with 4-6 years in procurement analytics, supply chain analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, Python) or advanced analytics techniques.
