Studio Associate

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions as the first point of engagement for guests.
• Conduct test drives and articulate product benefits to create excitement about Lucid vehicles.
• Manage customer pipeline using CRM tools and support local marketing initiatives.

• Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.

Base pay: $23/hr (Hourly). Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, 401k, and potential equity and discretionary annual incentive programs.
