Mission
What you will drive
- Support project development from concept to completion, identifying and mitigating design, budget, and schedule risks.
- Own and manage site layouts, master planning, and site design in coordination with internal and external consultants and EPCs.
- Optimize civil site layouts and grading plans for efficient land use, considering equipment selection, topography, environmental constraints, and permitting requirements.
- Develop and review design documentation for structural systems including concrete, steel, prefabricated structures, and foundations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in civil or structural engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in design, project management, or construction within natural gas power, data center, or heavy industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of civil and structural design principles, diligence processes, and EPC construction standards.
- Experience with foundation design for vibrating equipment, structural steel, reinforced concrete, and geotechnical coordination.
