What you will drive

  • Own asset allocation: Manage intake, evaluation, recommendations, and tracking for asset allocation requests across Americas and APAC.
  • Build recommendations using market metrics and operational readiness to maximize ROI.
  • Drive planning cycles, coordinate execution, and track outcomes to assess business impact.
  • Improve systems, dashboards, models, and processes to make allocation faster and more data-driven.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, strategy and operations, or related experience.
  • Strong analytical judgment, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, SQL proficiency.
  • Program ownership: able to manage complex cross-functional workstreams and build scalable processes.
  • Stakeholder leadership: strong communicator who can influence without authority and align senior stakeholders.
