Strategy & Operations Lead, Citymapper

• Lead a high-performing team of Data Analysts, setting a high bar for data quality, mentorship, and continuous improvement
• Own the data strategy and quality for your region across Citymapper’s web and mobile products, ensuring millions of users can rely on us every day
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to support product development, delivery, customer success, and user growth
• Collaborate with engineers to improve tools, automate workflows, and build scalable systems that grow with the business

This role helps make complex cities more accessible to millions of users by ensuring reliable, high-quality transportation data, enabling people to navigate their cities efficiently and sustainably.

• At least 4 years of experience in an operational, technical, or generalist role
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
• Clear communicator who builds trust across functions
• Technically comfortable with data and product work; bonus for experience with Python or transit data formats

Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000 plus equity. Benefits include free medical plans and 401K matching.
