Strategic Partnership Manager, AI Safety

• Coordinate frontier lab relationships, serving as the operational backbone between customers and internal teams.
• Own the CRM for all lab relationships, capturing contacts and driving deals to close.
• Translate technical scopes into milestones and deliverables while coordinating calls and monitoring channels.
• Manage execution details and resolve blockers to keep teams focused on high-leverage work.
• Align expectations, monitor milestone status, and serve as the primary contact for lab partners.

This role directly supports the safe development and deployment of AI by facilitating collaborations with frontier labs, ensuring that safety considerations are integrated into their work.

• Experience in partnership management or account management, ideally in a technical or AI-related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and tools for tracking deals and relationships.
