Mission
What you will drive
- Partner with Commercial on customer pricing strategy, contract structuring, and margin analysis across the project pipeline, including new international markets.
- Build and maintain financial models for strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other potential transactions, with full scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Support the VP of Finance and CEO in preparing materials for equity and debt raises — financial models, data rooms, and investor presentations.
- Model capital structure scenarios to inform fundraising strategy, timing, and cash runway, and support cap table and ownership-scenario analysis.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or FP&A at a high-growth startup — hardware, manufacturing, or energy experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience building complex financial models for M&A, partnerships, joint ventures, or capital-raise transactions.
- Direct experience supporting or leading an equity or debt capital raise.
- Excellent financial modeling skills and genuine comfort building structure from ambiguity.
