Mission

What you will drive

  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, building and maintaining financial models for annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans.
  • Run planning cycles end to end, partnering with department heads to create realistic and ambitious plans.
  • Turn results into insight by analyzing actuals against budget and forecast, explaining variances, and recommending next steps.
  • Define and track key metrics, develop KPIs, and build dashboards to provide leadership with clear performance insights.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or technology company.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills with proficiency in relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated use of AI in forecasting, analysis, automation, or reporting.
  • Strong grasp of GAAP and the three financial statements.
